Happy new year!
2013 was a busy and exciting year for me. I began the year working as a front-end web developer for Engine Creative in Northampton, whilst working on a range of freelance projects in my spare time. I had been steadily building up a network of happy customers for a number of years, but demand grew to a point where it made sense to make the jump to self-employment.
In November 2013, I left my job to start up on my own as a freelance web developer and graphic designer. Thankfully, things have continued to grow and I am busier than ever. As well as continuing to work with my own clients, I also provide a web design service for local design agencies – converting their Photoshop designs into fully functioning websites.
Happy new website?
I specialise in creating websites based on a popular content management system called WordPress, either for my own clients or on by working with other design agencies on a freelance basis.
All sites I build are to a high standard with the end user in mind, they are easy to use and easy to manage, they are compatible with all web browsers and the majority are responsive to browser size. This means that the website layout adapts gracefully to whatever device or browser size they are being viewed on, particularly when viewed on a mobile or smartphone.
If your website is looking a bit tired and dated, or in need of a design refresh, I’d be happy to help in giving it a new lease of life.
Alternatively, if you like your current website but find it too difficult to update yourself, please feel free to get in touch to discuss how I might be able to help.
